These beans hail from the rural hills surrounding Matagalpa, Nicaragua by cooperative, La Colonia. By partnering with Enliven Cacao in Nicaragua, we hope to create long-lasting relationships with cacao farmers to make our industry a more sustainable, empowering, and equitable place.
